NH Collection Murano Villa

Hotel was nice. Staff friendly. BUT don’t waste your money on the 24 euro breakfast, not even worth 5 euro. Worst breakfast I’ve ever had, poor variety and no fresh foods. Very disappointing for the extensive price. I believe the scrambled eggs was made from powder mix they tasted so bad. They don’t even have an operating turning toaster so even the bread took forever to toast. Juices also weren’t fresh.

Le personnel a du mal à dire bonjour, et au revoir quand on entre et sort de l’hôtel. Dommage… Lors des jours de grève, il est assez difficile de se rendre en Vaporetto à l’hôtel

the hotel was fully booked over the weekend we attended because of a conference. Regardless of that the staff gave us our time, helped with the AGTV strike, suggested places to eat, provided assistance with the children and getting our TV to connect. It was my husbands 40th and we loved every second in the hotel, the staff are just incredible

The hotel was conveniently located in Murano. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful in all aspects of our stay, including arranging a challenging return water taxi ferry to the airport in Venice during the colossal regatta event in Venice that day! The hotel suite was excellent! The hotel breakfast was first class. Every aspect of our experience at this property was excellent.

Die Lage

Im Bad ist kein Fenster zu öffnen. Einen Lüfter gibt es auch nicht. Permanenter Frischluftmangel. Grauenvoll. Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und laut. Man hört ständig die nervige Musik aus dem Flur. Klimaanlage regelt nicht richtig.
