Great staff. Excellent location. Very nice suite.

Challenging travel to/from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

Lovely modern property, quiet with beautiful views It was my partners birthday and he received a handwritten card and sweet treats on arrival

Restaurant choices were limited especially for children at dinner time. Rooms are on the smaller side but it was okay for a few days.

The staff are of the best ever encountered. Very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled moldy - reconstructing old buildings built on water is tricky.

A lovely stay! A great hotel away from the busy areas. Beautiful hotel converted from what used to be a glass factory. Great location, some nice restaurants and shops around. Matteo on reception was great! Full of great suggestions and advice. Water bus taxi stop is 2 mins walk away, making getting around really convenient. Breakfast was good, great selection. Free glass tour via private water taxi was offered. Great opportunity to take up, as all organised by the hotel. We stayed for a short stay, but couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend. Very clean and tidy too.

Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a donné de nombreux conseils et recommandations. La chambre était spacieuse et et la literie confortable. La salle de bain était très bien aussi et suffisamment grande. Très bon rapport qualité /prix (emplacement au calme dans Murano mais proche vaporetto et rues commerçantes) Ils avaient mis à notre disposition une gamelle et un panier pour notre chien. L’hôtel était situé juste à côté d’un petit parc ce que nous avons très apprécié pour notre chien.

Le ménage était fait tous les jours mais pas totalement en profondeur (nous avons retrouvé une serviette de bain à côté du canapé)

Staff were very welcoming and helpful - providing good advice and local recommendations. Our room and the hotel in general were stunning and in a stunning location away from the crowds of Venice
