Modern building and decent location

Ants in the room, staff were clueless and not really very helpful. We ordered a water taxi to the train station and had to check with them 4 times that it was booked as no one gave us any confidence that it was done. It was over 20 mins late and we nearly missed our train! Room was also full of mozzies and my husband was bitten to death!

Sehr schönes Hotel und tolles Personal. Ruhige große Zimmer und alles toll modern eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit erstklassigen Service und Essen.

Murano ist abends sehr ruhig und die Überfahrt dauert mindestens 20-30 Minuten. Man hat das Gefühl ab vom Schuss zu sein.
