Posizione eccellente. Staff fantastico ci ha fatto fare il check in alle 8 anziché alle 12 e ci ha anticipato la colazione di un giorno. Camere essenziali e pulite.

Localização central, bom pequeno-almoço

Quarto sem janela, muito tempo para servirem o pequeno-almoço, aproximadamente 30min à espero porque não era buffet. Reservei quarto com casa de banho e quando cheguei não havia quarto, apenas com uma casa de banho partilhada

What I really liked was the location, very close to Plaza de Armas, and the laundry service. We also booked the Salinas tour at the reception, which is definitely a plus if you're travelling every two/three days.

We expected to have towels from the hostel, but they're available just in room with private bathroom (this is not clear form the description)

The hostel's frontman, Fermin, was definitely a highlight. He helped us with booking various trips around the area of Arequipa, assisting with arranging transporting to our next location and was an allround standout guy! The facilities were decent and our room was spacious. Overall we would recommend this place for travelers.

The room is a bit old in its appearance and sometimes it could be loud because the doors let through sound. It takes a while for the water in the showers to warm up, but you'll definitely be able to wash yourself after a day of exploring the city.

La actitud del personal (varón) que atendió el desayuno.

El personal muy amable, desayuno básico pero rico,razonable con el precio , está super ubicado mismo centro, casa antigua. no tienen un bar o que venda comida como se veía en la publicidad, pero, nos explicaron el motivó . Igual hay hartos restaurantes al rededor Habitación básica pero limpia. Si volvería a hospedarme ahí cuando tenga viajes cortos.

Los baños, que solo tenga 2 baños, una para mujer y otro para hombre, había que esperar para poder ocuparlos, la puerta no tiene serguro del baño de mujer. No era como salía en los videos.
