La ubicación y tener baño privado

El tener que esperar por qué le habían dado la habitación a otros, y cuando nos la dieron no estaba muy limpia.

Firmin, propriétaire de l'établissement est une personne très a l'écoute, très agréable et prête à vous aider sans aucun problème. La chambre de 4 était très spacieuse, avec la salle de bain attenante qui pourrait gagner en propreté tout de même. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est tout simplement parfait!

Staff was very friendly, they let us in sooner in the morning as our room was almost ready. We stayed for one night and also booked breakfast, but we had to leave during the early morning for the flight, so they actually gave us the breakfast when we came (so the “day before” ! :) ) Room was very small and cozy, enough space for your belongings, separate bathroom, towels, and a lot of duvets to keep you from cold. Not very hot water but okay for a quick shower ;) Location was perfect - something like 5-10 minutes from the actual historical centre! Thank you for having us :)

Great location right in the centre in 2 minutes your at the beautiful plaza de armas. It's clean, comfortable quiet and there is always someone there to assist, I even booked 2 days Colca Canyon with the owner who does tours and it was the best 2 days ever I love it

The location is good, at the very center of Arequipa. Breakfast was nice.

Gets quite old, the bathrooms would need some refreshing.

Central location that cannot be beat! Right in the heart of the city within walking distance to all main sites. Decent size room with comfortable beds. Luggage storage before and after checkout.

Only 2 toilets (1M, 1F) shared between several rooms - meaning sometimes you have to wait a while. Towels were not initially provided despite being shown in the description and pictures. There were occasional interruptions of internet and water. Breakfast starts at 7:30am and no options to have it boxed earlier if you go on one of the tours.

The location is close to everything in the center of town. The breakfast was ok.

The shared bathroom is small and you have to walk through an open courtyard to get there, which is quite chilly at night. The 2 day 1 night excursion I booked through them was nice, but the hotel the put me in overnight was awful.
