The service was very good and people very nice. Possible to rent bicycle (30k) and motorbike (120k)

Why a note so low ? Because of the noise of owners really early every morning (from 6:30 am). Bad luck for us : they woke up the wrong room (ours) the last day at 6:00 am.... And the last day we didn't have hot water in the shower.

"Excellent value for money"

Everything, good location, awesome view of the river, great room comfortable and very clean, brought us a fan when requested, family were so lovely and pleasant and finally the breakfast was delicious! Best banana pancakes I have ever had and the coffee was excellent too.

"Exceptional"

Such a great homestay! We stayed 6 nights and honestly it's hard to leave. Such a sweet caring family, the price is amazing, you get a free breakfast everyday! the location is great and right on the river. The rooms are clean, spacious and have very comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony! We got clean towels every day without asking. We even got snacks for the way from the owner! We rented bicycles every day for a very good price.

The location is great! For breakfast we got 2 eggs, bread and coffee :) It was clean, we had aircondition and the people there were super friendly and helpful. We also rented bikes there and they arranged an airportshuttle to Da Nang airport for us.

"Exceptional"

Trinh! She is the only one who speaks english, very nice, kind and helpful. Other family members can’t not speak english but it was not a problem at all, they are also very helpful. Having the riverfront view every morning was amazing.

Guests room are facing the street and you can hear everything from the street. I really don’t mind but if you need a quiet place for sleeping, it might be problem.

Nice staff and simple clean room. We get our room before check-in time.

Shared bathroom was quite small. Only one choice for breakfast (ones we get omelette with bread and ones spicy noodles). Noise from outside (from air-condition).
