This is an amazing hotel! Being able to stay here has made our visit in Oaxaca all the more enjoyable. It’s located blocks away from the Zocalo and walkable to many areas in centro Oaxaca. The rooms are unique and very comfortable. So much love and care went into the architecture and decor. Breakfast on their terrace is included and you will leave full and ready for a day of adventure. The service is first class and the staff here has gone above and beyond to meet all our expectations. We have traveled all over the world and this hotel has made our top 5 list. We will return when we visit again.

I just got back from 3 days at this property while visiting for a wedding and WOW, what an amazing place. Firstly, it’s not a Ritz-Carlton, so don’t expect that. It’s more like a quaint locals home you’re staying in and I couldn’t have loved it more. Each room looks different, the lobby stair case is so cute, I felt very secure, and the staff was always there to assist us. We arranged transportation to and from the airport through the front desk for about $40 each way for two people. They had the car there waiting both times and they covered payment to the drivers. The free breakfast was SO good and the views were unmatched. Everyone who worked there seemed to love what they did and it made us feel like we were part of the family. The rooms had A/C which is kind of rare there and we never ran out of hot water. (Our friends who stayed at other places said hot water was an issue.) There was always someone at the front desk to let us in late at night and the location was so perfect to everything walkable. You don’t have to take my word for it, but if you want a local, safe, friendly, clean, and centrally located hotel in Oaxaca, this is your place.

Aunque estaba la tv alegaron que se las habían cortado, por tanto, no había televisión en realidad. Aunque aunciaron tina de baño, esta no podía ser utilizada, solo con un costo extra. El precio de costo beneficio se disparaba. Solo está cerca del centro, lo demás no vale la pena. La habitación muy cargada de objetos y adornos, de tal forma que no tienes lugar para colocar tus cosas.

right at the heart of city centre room is spacious and traditional staff are all helpful esp reception and restaurant staff home-like feeling highly recommended
