Nice place by the harbour, beautiful views from the picture windows and a terrace to sit out in the sun and enjoy the view. Staff were friendly.

Water and food are a lot more expensive than up in the village, so best to grab water while you are up there and bring in back down.

It is close to the harbour so no need to climb the steep slopes with luggage. The beds are very comfortable and warm.

No information was given on arrival about where breakfast was, time for breakfast, WiFi code etc. when I went back to ask I could not find anyone

Great location with terrace to see the sunrise just above the sierra real mountains. Comfortable bed and tastefully decorated room. We loved the location close to the port so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the Incan stairs! Great value, friendly and helpful staff, super breakfast!

The hostel is in a beautiful setting overlooking the bay in the southern port. The staff were very helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Overall great value.

Limited lighting at night is a potential hazard getting to rooms on the higher levels. Limited hot water (but this is entirely normal for the area).

What a gorgeous little place to stay! The room was sooo much nicer than I was expecting and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The duvet was 10/10. The view from our bed out the window was stunning too — it looked like a Greek island. The location was very good — situated right by the port to get the boat. Unfortunately this means that it’s at the bottom of town and if you want to go and explore the main area you need to take hundreds of steps up to get to the restaurants etc. Breakfast was included and was very nice but basic. The lady who checked us in (I think the owner?) was very welcoming and helpful. It felt more like a homestay than a hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the lake. Comfortable beds. Nice hot showers. The property is near the dock so we didn’t have to carry our bags far up the steep steps. Breakfast is served on a balcony overlooking the dock and lake which is beautiful.

Awesome location, literally right off the water so you hardly have to carry your bags before arriving. Views are so lovely from the property. Breakfast is a nice variety -- tea / coffee, juice, 2x breads, jam and butter, scrambled egg. Eating breakfast with a view of the lake was gorgeous.

We were told breakfast started at 8am but it was not ready until 8:45 on both days. Not the end of the world but expectation management is important and guests should be notified of actual timing of meals so that they can plan their day accordingly. This didn't bother us but just an fyi -- it's 100-150m of elevation gain up to the village and 250m up to the viewpoint. A fun little hike up but just be ready for it!

The room was clean, the bed large and cosy. We asked for a heater and got one perfectly working. Bathroom with hot shower was highly welcomed Location, close to the harbour is also very good. Best is the sunrise watching from the bed. Very nice people even when your Spanish is not good
