Abode XS House Stunning Architectural Flat

My apartment was great - had everything one could need, kitchen, coffee machine, iron, hair dryer. Very cool art on the walls. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to messages. Excellent location, perfect for what I wanted to see of the downtown area. I enjoyed staying here a lot.

The stairwell wasn't as nice as the rooms. Noise levels were fine for me, but street noise was very audible from inside. The whole building shook slightly whenever someone slammed a door, which is a little disconcerting, but I assume it's fine.

The cleanliness and how accessible everything was. The proximity to different venues was also great.

The price for parking a little bit too much. A car accident happened right in front of our door. Being right at the accident was a little alarming but didn’t ruin our stay at all. Just one consideration: attaching a soap dish inside of the shower would be useful.

Great location, just a short walk to the Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market. There was also plenty of parking just across the street or down the block. The Abode team was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. The apartment itself was clean, well-stocked with necessities and extremely modern. It would be very well suited for extended stays, but we only needed two nights. Plenty of extra towels as well as excellent WiFi. Apartment we received was at street level, which was a plus and minus. However, earplugs were abundantly provided for the unavoidable road noise.

Just some small inconveniences; The shower needs a shelf or two for storing soaps and such. The bedroom loft could use a curtain perhaps, for privacy as well as to block the light from the high windows. The bed itself slid around the floor too easily.

Location is amazing, property is great and clean

Didn’t like how many stairs and there was no warning , the process after booking was a l difficult, the apartment was nice as a whole but was very dusty

I liked the location. I liked the design on the apartment. I liked the simple functions, no complications with technology or appliances. I liked the quietness. I liked the sofa bed. I liked the tv.

Because it was my first time in a coded apartment I was a little bit worried that the communication could take a bit, for example what if the door broke or something else, like how long would it take for them to communicate?
