Abode XS House Stunning Architectural Flat

Location was perfect.

Pictures lead us to believe we did not have the basement level. The basement level did not have any of the views the pictures lead us to believe.

It was close. Reasonable

Shower is not working- it is a trickle. The corridors downstairs are smelly

Thr apartment had everything you needed. It was in a good location for what we was doing.

The only thing I didn't like was they did not have a broom and dust pan to sweep with.

Location is close to everything. It's so stylish, clean and comfortable. The Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Pleasing in the eye and the way they built the whole bldg with small land area is well planned and designer did a great job! (I am an engineer)

Everything was great in this home except for one thing, the noise. Walls are like paper thin. The people upstairs walk normal, but we can hear everything and wake us up, and the noise outside you can hear easily. Also, though the location is great and close to everything, it is next to a funeral home, which makes the creepy footsteps even more creepy.

Location was great, close to food and public transportation, clean. The staff is friendly as well.

Close to highway, very noisy, couldn’t sleep well, their ear plug doesn’t help much. I was asked too much personal questions, had to take pictures about my drivers license, credit card, didn’t feel comfortable doing it but without choice. They did not say they will delete the sensitive info after I leave.

Nothing. Location has proms and cons. The good thing: flat is in the centre and very closed to everything. However, it’s located right on the busy and noisy highway. Forget about your sleep. It’s like sleeping on the street.

Only one word: nightmare. The apartment on the photo looked very cozy but in reality it was just a nightmare. Starting with the booking: host would request to fill addition forms on third party websites, also asking for pictures of your credit card and bank statement. Access your the property was provided 1.5 hour later than check in time. The house is located by the busy road, you sleep like on the street, audibility is terrible. Cars, road noise, air conditioning and finally a washing machine on three top floor. There is zero soundproofing, you can heard everything happening on top of you. The house seems to consist of stairs, steep and endlessly long with very narrow passages. If you have difficulty walking up stairs or you have a small child, this is very dangerous! The apartment is very dirty, feet stick to the floor, dust is everywhere, bed linen is terribly stained. Also everything is squeaky: stairs, doors, bed.

the check in with constant emails giving instruction, would be nice to just turn up and be comfortable that it is booked

The space and natural lighting. Color scheme was nice too.

Washer/dryer did not work properly so we ended up with no clean linen. The linen on the bed was covered in hair and what looked like makeup. The bathroom was covered in hair and as if the shower wasn't even touched. There was no creamer for coffee, only 4 sugar packs and an abundance of coffee. Also had to rewash dishes as they still had leftover foods caked into them.
