The check in process was horrible.

Great location near subway and parking. Great value for the money and would definitely do it again.

No breakfast as it was an apartment The kitchen was fully furnished The location for our purposes was excellent The architectural design inside throughout was stunning

We were not informed that Parking was available across the street - for a nightly charge All we were told was that no Parking was provided; we had plans to park at the airport & get a shuttle We would have like finding a binder with area offerings: restaurant - historical - entertainment - nearby food markets We would have liked a CD player with assorted CDs We wold have liked large bath towels The shower dispenser for body gel ran out The coffee maker leaked We would have liked NON-TAP water in bottles kept in the refrigerator We requested a later check-out (30-minutes) and twice asked for confirmation - - none was received The check-out procedures' link was sent ; it was not a hyperlink and could not be accessed I called and asked that in plain text the data be emailed to me DAUGHTER IN AFRICAN BUSH FILMING - IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH EMILY WROTE 2.
