The area was beautiful and the location was loud as was expected but really not bad. It was so close to everything, that we parked the car and walked everywhere. It was a great place

Location, view, confortable bed

Noise at night is unbearable, not clean the floor was sticky, smelly sink, stairs

Clean and contacts were always on hand and answered any questions we had … which were only “where is bed linen (spare) etc . Location good .. short uber from town . Quite a few homeless sleeping in streets but no danger .. and not close to location ..

Maybe if a ship was close by it could be better , but not fault of owners

Great location, easy access to major train station and road highway with many food option near by.

I found a cockroach unfortunately, one day.

The apartment is absolutely charming—beautifully decorated, extremely well located, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable day-to-day stay. From the kitchen utensils to the overall cleanliness and aesthetic, the space truly stands out. Unfortunately, our experience was not entirely perfect due to a few issues during our stay. We were quite upset by a series of noise complaints that, from our perspective, were completely unfounded. What was most concerning was the tone of the communication we received, which included a suggestion that the local sheriff could be called to remove us from the property if necessary—an approach we found quite threatening. Ironically, had that actually occurred, it would have proven that we were sound asleep at the time of the third complaint. Additionally, on the night of Saturday, May 10th into Sunday, May 11th, the guest in the unit above appeared to be running around and dragging furniture late into the night, which was extremely disruptive. Although we could have raised a complaint, we chose not to, especially given that it was our last night and considering the stress caused by the previous days' events. Lastly, while the location is very convenient, being right next to the highway can occasionally be a bit of a disturbance due to the noise. All that said, the place itself is truly lovely, and we recognize the care that went into preparing it for guests. With improved communication and a bit more attention to noise-related concerns, the experience could easily be exceptional.

Location was close to everything. Bed was comfortable, appliances were functional, and great layout throughout the unit. There were ample supply of towels and bedding. Heat and air conditioning worked with no problems through our stay. Apt is very modern and clean overall.

Wish there was a second lock from inside the apt. The door would make sound every time the main door was opened. If you are on the top unit, be prepared to hike up the stairs.

Price, location, comfort, cleanliness

It's really noisy from the road. But earplugs solve the problem.

The location it was centered and walking distance to the convention center.

Clean, spacious

Sound from outdoors, there is a highway next to the venue, you could ear the vehicles as if I were at the street. During night we had to use earplugs. Windows bad quality.
