Lotus BLU Inn & Suites

It's just ok.I booked for a room with a Queen bed but I was given a room with a Twin bed.I had no option that to just stay and squeeze myself & my spouse with an infant throughout the night.Besides,the hotel is okay!

Area was safe but not very pleasant. Dining was several blocks away as was the train.

A perfectly okay hotel, but no amenities, no microwave, no coffee maker. The area around the hotel is still industrial (warehouses and garages). But clean roons, comfortabke beds, accessible and friendly service.

I was visiting for 3 nights and decided to stay at Lotus BLU based on the prior reviews. I was very happy with my stay- first and foremost the hotel is true to its reputation regarding cleanliness. After that, a special thanks to the hotel having food options and recommendations of local areas. Safe and comfortable area. And a special thanks to the cleaning crew- it was nice to come home to a refreshed space!

Convenient location, close to the station and lots or diverse food options.

Friendly staff, all went very well. Would stay at Lotus Blu again.

The staff were really nice. Even though the hotel is located in a mixed neighborhood of businesses and residential homes, it's quite nice and mostly quiet. I felt safe walking to local shops and stores around the area as well.

Check-in was easy and fast. The women at the front was very friendly and professional. My concern when booking was the location of the property. I know it to be potentially unsafe. I however had no issues during my 2 night stay. I would stay there again.

Lotus BLU did not live up to the positive rating I saw when booked. The room smelled of vaping, which made us nervous because the front desk was very adamant about no smoking in the room. Pillows were very flat and linens did not appear well cleaned. Front desk service was terrible - very awkward check-in, offered air spray when we mentioned room smell, and despite arranging a late checkout ahead of time called us at 11:45am claiming it was noon and we needed to leave. Um, we still had 15 minutes buddy. Ignore the low price here and look elsewhere.
