"Под ногами отличный пляж Клифтон , до супермаркета вам прийдется ездить тк по близости ( в пешей достпуности нет ничего"

Светлые , чистые, стильные и уютные апартаменты . Индивидуальная зона с джакузи и лежаками .

Очень хорошая слышимость соседей и всех кто ходит на улице . Каждое утро ( в 6-7 утра ) соседи очень громко разговаривали под окнами ( хотя они были все закрыты ) , соседи сверху топали , бегали все утро и вечер , все было очень слышно и выспаться или поспать подольше было крайне тяжело . 3 дня подряд приходили рабочие, в то время как мы располагались в зоне джакузи , молча открывали дверь свои ключом и делали свои дела ( замеряли столешницу , и что то на заднем дворе ) . Считаю что такие действия нужно обговаривать заранее и приходить после согласия жильцов .
