"Lindo, pero detalles en el servicio "

El lugar es muy lindo, la habitación me la entregaron después de 4:30. Deberia mejorar en su restaurante no tenian desayuno a la carta y buffet no se veia nada apetitoso. No servia el aire acondicionado, reporte y nunca llegaron. Es importante que las habitaciones cuenten con telefono para comunicarte a recepción y aqui no lo tienen.

El único inconveniente fue que a las 10:30 PM quisimos cenar y ya ni personal había. Contraté 3 masajes y sólo contrataron 2 personas por lo que hubo que esperar. Me golpeé con la madera salida de la cama y no tenían lo necesario en el botiquín

No nos quedamos la noche porque la alberca estaba súper sucia el servicio fue pesimo, la habitación básica sin buen servicio de internet. El personal bastante deficiente.
