"The Positives Always Win!"

We’ve stayed at The Ridge many times and, while room quality has been hit-or-miss in the past, our recent summer stay was perfect. The room was spacious and clean! It’s an incredible place for families, with great pools, an activity room, and beautiful walking paths. Between the nice grill areas and the amazing views, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. We always have a good time here and will be back!

The location with the views

The instant hounding by the concierge staff in the lobby. After a long day of traveling, the last thing I want to do is listen to why I should buy a timeshare while my small kids are waiting in the car and that was made known many times. Pool nearest our room was not working. Sofa sleeper was broken for our children. Room smelled very musty
