The location. And the pool.

The room smelled of mold. The bathroom floor was wet for the first two days we were there.. and there was a dirty fitted sheet on the pull out couch. They gave us a new set of sheets with no fitted sheet. Was advertised as having extra blankets, but there was none. And the room was pretty cluttered from the over sized coffee table. We had to move the room around just to pull the bed out.. we really do love the villas, this is the third time we've stayed here.. but this room wasn't like the others.

I️ liked the location of the property and the easy code check in.

The staff was unseen. There were roaches in the hallways, parking lot, and by the pool. I️ was disappointed in that and worried about them “hitching” a ride. Thankfully none were found in the room. It smells in the hallways too. The couch pillows looked dirty and unwashed and the door didn’t lock. I️ was trying to get a partial refund considering the amount of money spent I️ could’ve spent it on a nicer hotel.

It was clean and quiet great location very family friendly

We had difficulty getting our information to get into the property. We never could get the internet to work based off of the information provided. Other than that it was very nice

The picture of the pool is exactly what you get but with nice pool shower.

The biggest thing I didn’t like is the fact that I couldn’t lock the unit when I was inside, we had maintenance come and do a fire alarm check and I had to yell to them I’m in the unit. Most motels or places you rent have a deadbolt. The unit we stayed in had no internet. Also the pull out couch was a pull out couch that couldn’t be pulled out. It didn’t hinder our stay but if my wife traveled with me it would have been much worse.
