Fortuna Beach

Fortuna Beach is located in the centre of flic en flac,2 mins walk to the beautiful beach which stretches for two to three kilometres.There is Jumbo supermarket,Mafioso which is lively during the day and night and you can chill there.The Swimming pool at fortuna beach is big and the apartment had everything.The Tv was very big,Microwave,coffee maker,Oven and air conditioning was perfect.Wifi was very fast and I had a comfortable stay.

Everything was good and I have no complaint.

I booked for two nights and got confirmation for two nights but only stayed one night because he had already rented out to somebody else, for the Saturday night, this caused so many problems for me

Good location. supply of cold and hot water.

No air conditioning in lounge/diner. Poor quality furniture and outdated. Wardrobe doors not closing properly. Safe provided did not work. Other poor facilities e.g. no fresh towels supplied. Had to use same bath towels for 5 days. Kitchen facilities very basic - no dishwashing liquid; only one kitchen towel. Bathrooms very basic. I had to buy dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, kitchen towels ( disposable).

Need some tlc. Mould you could smell in basement

Only minor flaws, which they immediately willingly tried to fix

First of all, a great location and good surroundings. Spacious apartments. Large flat-screen TV. Fast internet connection.

The apartments require renovation and more thorough cleaning. The check-in was inconvenient, I was expecting more hospitality.

Don't stay here. Just don't. There are many better places in flic en flac. On arrival you have to get into a car with the security guard and drive to another place to pay and get you key. It is only then that they inform you that you have to pay excess charges over and above what you have agreed to pay on booking.com at the time of booking for "cleaning/service charge". The irony is that the place was not even clean! Arguing with the very rude manager gets you nowhere and just further sours the whole experience. Save your time and hassle, don't get ripped off and go just stay somewhere else.
