Atención de Will, fue excelente, muy atento con todo, cuidadoso y comprensivo.

Basic breakfast was included everyday, Wally the host is friendly and tries his best to accommodate his guests. Room is clean, comfortable with private bathroom and good price for the location (close to city center but up a lot of stairs)

Suddenly no water to my room one night, had to use the shared shower and bathroom. Was offered to switch rooms for the remainder of my stay but the water came back so I declined, but then the water cut out again couple nights later. Also I was charged more than the amount in my booking confirmation

Muy buena atención por parte del Sr Guali. Buen trato y tambien tienen servicio para los tours. Te ayudan en toda tu estancia, la habitacion es cómoda y cuenta con los servicios que indican.

Lo que más me gustó del hospedaje fueron las camas, súper cómodas y con las frazadas super abrigadas. La amabilidad de Willy, que estuvo predispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. También me dejaron guardar mi bolso durante un dia mientras hacia un tour

Por el precio diria que todo estaba bien. La limpieza quizás podria haber sido un poco mejor. El primer dia tuve problemas con la ducha y el agua no salia caliente, pero luego todo bien, inclusive la presión.

Me encantó la cama, súper cómoda y las sábanas muy abrigadas. La amabilidad y predisposición de Willy en todo momento también.

Me cobraron un precio distinto al que figuraba en el momento de realizar la reserva en Booking

Замечательный хостел. Практически в центре, персонал прекрасный. В гостевом доме живут 2 котика, это просто чудо! Но если у вас аллергия, знайте об этом.

Душ с плохим напором воды и практически нет горячей воды, вода слегка теплая, что принятие душа делает не комфортным.

Da higiene e da internet

Do café da manhã que era sempre o mesmo, dois pães um pequeno tablete de manteiga e geleia. Além do que numa cidade turística em que quase todos os passeios saem de madrugada, não se pode ter o horário do café da manhã que tem 7 as 9 e ainda mais, não adianta argumentar.

Location was quite central, within (steep) walking distance to Plaza de Armas "downtown" Cusco. Host was there to open the door for me quite late in the evening, and he was very attentive to my needs. Room & amenities were very basic. Beds okay comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, couple of outlets, and hot shower.

Climbing the hill to get to the hotel was sometimes too much "exercise" especially late at night. Laundry service provided by hotel was decent "market price" but turnaround very slow. Breakfast was basic cold bread, butter & jam with hot water (instant coffee or tea).

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, het was schoon en ik kreeg een handdoek en zeep.

Het lukte me niet om de douche warm te krijgen.
