De entrada me dicen: No ya está toco ocupado el hotel, al ratico dicen, hay una habitación, lo voy a ubicar. Luego me dice el precio y le digo yo: pero amigo ese no es el precio de la aplicación y me dice que ese era el impuesto, pero en la aplicación decía que ya el impuesto estaba incluido, entonces me dice que los clientes de él si pagaban que si quería que buscara otro hotel, muy grosero el señor, luego de que me tocó subir un montón de escaleras con mis maletas para llegar desde la plaza de armas. Horrible la atención, que feo que busquen sacar ventaja y cobrar más. No lo recomiendo.

Wally, or whatever his name was, got a passive-aggressive answer to any important hotel-related question I had. My room had loose nails, which I cut myself on on the second day, leading to a tetanus shot. Hot water only worked twice during the whole week I stayed. When I kindly asked to have it repaired, Wally snapped like it was somehow my fault, which was pretty awkward. The location shows that the main square is super close, but you actually have to climb a very steep street! not coming back ever again!

You can't get there with a taxi (need to walk on a steep street). It's cold and humid. Breakfast is just bread with jam, and it's not served on the last day. I wouldn't recommend it, it was a mistake to stay there.
