Smooth check in with a code to a key lock safe. Self contained room with tea/coffee making facility. Lovely clean and modern bathroom. Looked recently renovated. Perfect location. About a 30 minute walk to South Bridge but also a bus stop pretty much outside the front door. We were lucky to get one of the 2 parking spots directly outside. Apart from the smell of cigarette smoke, you wouldn’t have thought there was anybody else staying as there was very minimal noise.

Although there were ‘no smoking’ signs, it was clear that some guests didn’t read them. We had to lay towels by the door to curb the smell. The room would benefit from a fan to circulate air - it was a little warm (but grateful for the large window that had been left open upon arrival)

It was a decent accommodation but it was nothing like it was described

The room was misrepresentative of the advertisement. The rooms pictures and description was deceptive. This is not acceptable and I had approached the manager but was given no help. The manager did not even understand my complaint because she did no speak English. The whole experience was bad.

La posizione, la struttura si trova in una via tranquilla e residenziale, ma con alcuni pub e ristoranti a poca distanza. Il prezzo è molto buono per essere a Edimburgo e la camera era grande.

Siamo rimasti 5 notti, ma non hanno cambiato la biancheria da bagno nemmeno una volta. La struttura è gestita "a distanza" tramite un citofono in sede. Non rispondono ai messaggi e non danno istruzioni per il check-in. Le comunicazioni risultano quindi molto difficili ed esclusivamente in sede negli orari lavorativi. Quando rispondono sono sempre gentili e accoglienti, ciò non toglie che è punto da migliorare, per esempio rispondendo ai messaggi.

Comfortable, quiet and very modern

Everything was amazing, the room was beautiful and it had all the important stuff. The location is also really convenient, quick bus trip to main attractions. The only thing that could be improved is lack of electrical sockets for European chargers.

Heel schoon, goed matras, wastafel op kamer en alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel vriendelijk personeel. We hadden een kamer met een gedeelde badkamer maar die was ruim en heel schoon met een fijne douche. Bushalte voor de deur om naar de stad te gaan maar ook lopend prima te doen. Straat met mooie oude huizen en uitzicht op de heuvels en het geluid van vogels

Het tweepersoonsbed was wat smal
