Chambre très propre

Très bruyant , isolation phonique inexistante ; trafic jour et nuit. Chambre qui donnait sur la rue. La fenêtre tremblait quand un camion ou un bus passait dans la rue

"If you don't find anything else..."

The position is good for the city center, comfortable beds.

The parking is just for 2 cars, if you don't find a space, it is impossible to park nearby, because it is just for residents from 10 am to 11.30 pm, very strange situation. Moreover, I wrote for some questions to the host but he never answered me. Lastly, in our room, we found a dirty towel, the problem is that they don't come to clean and tidy up the room in the morning. Not a good experience in general

To be honest, I did not like the property at all.

The room No.10 was tiny, considering this was a 4 star guest house. In the photos the rooms looked much bigger and better. I can't believe that there haven't been lots of complaints. There are pipes visible above the sectioned off tiny bathroom. When you put the shower on, the noise is so loud that you cannot hear the television or yourself speaking, it sounded like a tractor. I do have a video of the noise (which I am unable to post here) when the shower is used and also the noise from the macerator when you turn on the tap or flush the toilet, not sure why this is needed on the top floor The one window, which was small, had a broken hinge at the top, so could not open in the heat. Only one flat pillow each on the double bed. No employees present on our arrival. I would not even rate this room as a 1 star.

The room was clean when we arrived ( as it should be)

Had to ask for clean towels room not cleaned daily tv did not work most of the time and pillows really uncomfortable also could not connect to WiFi most of the time

"It’s a lovely place to stay! Highly Recommend"

Walking distance to lots of restaurant’s , shops, cafes (the Earl Grange Cafe! Wow) Comfy beds. Toilet and shower nice and clean. My kids love a biscoff biscuits 😬 I do appreciated coffee and milk. Easy access to the town by the buses. Overall we have lovely stay! Thank you!

It’s not urgent but fridge would be a BIG bonus
