Host didn’t meet us but gave us direction for keys, was easy to locate. Location of the apartment was amazing, this really worked for us. Kitchen was well fitted with everything we needed. A few extra coffee pods would have been nice. Extra pillows were great and appreciated. Comfy sofa which I slept on due to noise in bedroom. Balcony was small but was lovely. Liked that there was water bottles in the fridge upon arrival. We were on level 4, lots of steps, but we didn’t mind and often used the lift, it’s small and cosy, quite fun.

Needed more toilet rolls. Neighbours upstairs were really loud at stupid hours in the morning, until 2am and then again at 6/7am which really let the experience down for me. Was excited about using the washing machine, but it tripped the electrics twice so didn’t work. Didn’t like that the electric could only be used when at the property because the keys were needed, so stupid. City tax was more than advertised on booking.com, didn’t like that. Really low lamp in the bedroom, which my 6ft3 husband didn’t enjoy or remember to avoid the whole time ha!

Outstanding location made us happy the whole time. It really is central and you can get anywhere easily from that point. Also it's right next to great food streets so dining was easy. View is just like on the photos. Quiet street despite the central location, and the bedroom side even quieter. Plenty of space in each room and bathroom. We chose this type of "real" home because we've seen enough grey ikea couches, and the interior really brought a homey, Italian vibe :) Also the host was very kind and helpful as we had a late plane that was also delayed, and she was understanding.

Nothing important :) A minor observation - the terrace isn't as big as the ones of other flats on photos, you can only stand outside, but that didn't matter at all. It would've been nice to have a bit of spice like salt and oil, or more/better single use products.
