Solemar Sicilia - Palazzo Massimo

Fantastic location, very spacious, comfortable and attractive apartment with lift. Two bathrooms with toilets and bidets and additional toilet. Washing machine and drying racks were very handy.

Shower was a little cramped and temperamental.

La ubicación es ideal para conocer Palermo, muy céntrico y a la vez muy silencioso al cerrar las ventanas. Grande para un grupo de 6 porque teníamos 3 habitaciones y 3 baños.

Only 1 shower other bathroom did not have standing rail for shower in bath, broken TV remote not replaced when requested, sofa bed in very poor condition . Also unable to use terrace as advertised as there was rubbish blocking access.

Location was excellent. The apartment size was great, ample room for our family Host was easy to contact and issues were addressed promptly.

Advertised as 3 bathroom but only had 2 and a powder room. No AC in third bedroom so was very hot in there. Remote for tv didn't work well. Only one key was provided for our group. Could have provided more than one dishwashing and washing machine tablet.

It was a great location! Central but not where the noise was. You had a beautiful view of the theatre. The place felt very secure and safe. The apartment is quite large and everyone had their own space for a family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. I would stay again

Unfortunately no wifi. It was meant to get fixed over the 4 nights we were there but nobody came to fix it. With a teenager this was quite difficult. Minimal ammenities to cook with such as oil, salt etc. a second set of keys would be good to allow others to leave if they wanted whilst some remained at home.

Great location in the centre of Palermo and a generous sized apartment was a huge plus!

Nous avons rencontré des difficultés à obtenir des informations claires concernant le check-in, ce qui nous a empêchés de préparer sereinement notre voyage et a été une source de stress. De plus, plusieurs équipements n’étaient pas fonctionnels : la machine à café ne marchait pas, la climatisation fuyait dans l’appartement et les télécommandes ne disposaient pas de piles. Enfin, il a également été compliqué d’obtenir une facture à la fin du séjour.
