Vraiment rien à dire toute l’équipe du personnel est au petit soin des clients. L’hôtel est très calme et très propre. Karim le responsable a l’accueil est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle vraiment. Je vous conseille D’y aller les yeux fermer.

Le petit déjeuner est pas au top mais reste correct. Sinon tout était ok

Karim le réceptionniste était a l’écoute et nous a aidé a passer un bon séjour. Ce n’était pas gagné au début. La nourriture est bonne et fraîche

L’établissement manque de standing Bcp d’humidité, de rouille dans les chambres. Odeur d’égout, bcp de mouche c’est insupportable dans les chambres à l’extérieur La salle commune pour les repas pas très bien entretenue Le responsable de l’accueil Ottman a été condescendant et pas du tout à la hauteur de servir client. Attention à l’excursion Dune Blanche avec la source Asma La source Asma ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui est vendu c’est inadmissible et de la publicité mensongère

Pour pouvoir aller en centre ville, il n’ya pas de taxis il faut absolument prendre une voiture de location. Les salles de bain sont a revoir (eau qui coule…) un petit rafraîchissement à faire
