趣があり、粋なサービスでした。 補聴器をつけている方も働いており多様性を受け入れる環境を感じ、感心致しました。 ただ、案内係の方でしたので少しだけ困難に感じることがありました。 全てにおいて、気の行き届いたサービスありがとうございました。

The hotel’s services and stuffs are really nice, super polite and helpful. I forgot my aligner (for teeth) in the dining room, and the stuff brought it back to me. Dinner and breakfast are like traditional Japanese made from local ingredients, and most importantly delicious. You will get the real traditional Japanese feeling while staying here. So cool :D

The room temperature might be a bit too warm.

職場の元同僚、お世話なった方々を御招待し、80代70代60代の女性3人で露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しました。 まずは夕食、朝食共に心の籠った料理、大変美味しかったです。これまで様々な宿に行きましたが、3人共に大満足、個室でゆっくりとおしゃべりしながらいい時を過ごしました。お風呂も湯質良く満足。 しかしながら、残念な点が2点。 部屋のTVのリモコンが汚れていて、それなりの宿なのに大変残念でした。手で触る物なので清潔は当たり前です。また、エアコンの音、朝まで雨音と勘違いするほどでした。 日本旅館らしく古くでも味があり、落ち着くのですが、清潔には気を配ってほしかった。料理、お風呂が大変良かっただけに、大変残念でした。

The hospitality service of staffs is superb! I have a very nice time relaxing and staying here in this hotel. The onsen is small; however, very comfort. The meals are huge and there are various kinds of Japanese food for you to taste. I have never eaten this full before both dinner and breakfast. My experience here is unforgettable.

It is not in a walking distant from the station so you might have to take a 10 mins taxi ride to the hotel.

本当に静かで過ごしやすいです。 部屋のお風呂はゆとりがあり、源泉が注がれ、とても気持ちが良いです。 食事はお肉はもちろん、お魚が想像以上でした。 スタッフさんも親切で感じが良いです。 初めてでしたが、満足度は高かったです。

Nice Japanese style room with open bath. The open bath was large and very relaxing. The hotel was quiet and clean. It is one of the best traditional Japanese Inn we stayed. (We stayed in Hakone, Kyoto, Hakodate and Atami hot springs in the past. They were all good but Jidaiya was the best so far.)

It is located a little far from the major train and bus station. You need to take taxi to go around. The Japanese tatami room experience was nice but wish we had a small table and chairs so that we could be little more comfortable. The room had two chairs but not conveniently placed.
