Primo Old Town Location with Heated Pool

This was just what we were looking for. Quiet, easy to get in and out of with the motorcycle. Having a home away from home was nice especially in the mornings where we could eat breakfast and plan the day. Definitely recommend! The owners are responsive and answered our questions as they came up.

Easy access to nice studio apartment. It was clean and comfy. We had our dog so 1st floor location was perfect. Very little noise above. Quiet street. Great communication with Vince. We'll be back.

Booked this studio at the last minute as we were passing through Scottsdale. The check-in process was pretty straightforward and the communication with the host was fantastic. He replied quickly. The studio is comfortable and situated close to several restaurants that are in walking distance. We never had a problem finding street parking close to the property. If we’re back in Scottsdale, we would stay here again!

The property is beautiful. Make sure an able bodied person rents. There's 17 stairs to get to the unit I was in and it was a challenge for me each time. More stairs to the roof deck. I didn't go up there. There is no storage to put your clothes when you arrive. So digging in your suitcases becomes a frequent activity. The room was fine, bed was comfortable, but I was disappointed with the TV watching. The room comes with Rocu so no local or network channels. The only reason I gave it a good rating is because the property and room were very clean and it has a pool. Even though I didn't swim at all.

It was pretty comfortable. The communication once my security deposit was accepted was good. But the walls are per thin.

excellent value property. Everything was terrific. my only quibble would be that the 10AM check-out time is too early. I would have preferred a standard noon check-out. my fault for not verifying in advance.

This propery comes as advertised. Primo location. Easy walk to anywhere you need to go. Super quiet and safe cul de sac. Smaller unit but it was perfect for my needs. Heated pool was clean and comfortabe. The hosts touched base frequently to ensure a seamless staywhich was also much appreciated. Parking at the end of the day could be a challenge but wasnt for me. The only possible downside would be the inability to open windows for some fresh air. I will be staying here again

No sound barrier between lower and upper levels. We heard everything from guests upstairs.

Great location! Very clean, lots of room, nice pool, fun coffee(this is a big one for me!) and easy access.

Great place - clean, quiet, and close to old town restaurants and shops and Scottsdale stadium. Would definitely go back if in Scottsdale again.
