The location is great and the view of the balcony is beautiful.

They didn’t informed us that there was construction/renovation in the apartment above with a lot of noise from 8:30 in the morning every day. We couldn’t rest properly in our holidays. In the last 2 days we couldn’t open the internal windows ( toilet included) because of works in the building. Bed and pillows with very bad quality, they should improve a bit. There was some general dust causing us allergies. We stay 2 days without water due to a broken pipe, the contact was very responsive but still we needed to find other solutions ourselves because we have 2 kids with us. Despite the perfect location and structure of the apartment we are not going to rent with them next year.

Great sea view, especially in the mornings with the sunrise. Great location by the beach and right next to the mountain

1) no customer orientation from real estate agent that takes care of the rent 2) the apartment is not thought for long stays and was stripped naked without even salt or oil. You get 1 dishwasher tab and that’s it 3) you will pay the price in low season as if it was high season 4) it is has many quick fixes and furniture is vary basic. For 4K euro for 1 month you would expect better quality 5) no sound isolation as you can hear a lot from other apartments, but this is typical in Spain

The place was very cosy and big. A lot of space in the apartment. Beautiful view and close to the beach.

La ubicación es perfecta, primera línea de playa, una terraza grande. La casa es grande y cómoda y está muy bien equipada para pasar unos días.

El parking está en el edificio de enfrente. Con lo grande que es el edificio los ascensores son enanos. Hay mosquiteras pero la verdad que nos han acribillado los mosquitos.

The location is very good and the balcony is one of the best aspects of this flat. The rooms were spacious despite lacking enough furnishing in the living room for the size and number of bedrooms.

We were provided with one parking space nearby which is not enough for a three bedroom apartment. Despite being advertised as free public parking nearby which is true in reality in the summer it’s impossible to find a space which made our holiday stressful. The apartment condition despite functioning could have been better not only from cleanliness but also constant fuse tripping when AC and washer runs as well as dark mould in the bathrooms and hanging ceiling spot lights and WiFi router being weak not reaching all rooms.
