great location, very quite and yet close to the city center. You can walk everywhere, including the local cenote. Staff is very friendly, speak only Spanish, cash only

Located in a quiet residential area near the main square. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom with hot water & a balcony with nice teak furniture overlooking a pretty pool area. WiFi worked well. Coffee, tea, water and a fridge available for guests. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms and bed were large. We could take some coffee and bring our own breakfast. Place was very quiet - only a some dogs barking. We loved the atmosphere in the place.

There was nobody at the reception when we came. With some help from the restaurant across the street the owners came after an hour or so and could check in.

Andrea & Carlos are the Most adorable people. Every wish they made possible. From the outside it does not look like a Great Hotel, but inside is a Big old Palace. The Pool was good and needed. Perfect located near Center and close to ADO

Carlos & Andrea made our stay very special. Bikes that you could borrow was a clincher('maybe slightly larger ones would be perfect!!?). The pool was fantastic....but needs a bit of TLC('tender loving care..), to bring upto standard. Rooms were spotless, old...but very clean. Close to bus depot, center of town & restaurants. We stayed 4 nights. Internet was patchy....but acceptable.

Everything was fine.

Lovely cool colonial-style building with pool and great rooms. Convenient location for central plaza and for monastery. Fridge available and coffee provided. Spotlessly clean. Very good value

Staff were excellent despite, obviously having far too much work. Location is great, easy walk to and from ADO station, and the town square.

The whole place could use a real deep clean. It will never happen with the one employee responsible for the desk, housekeeping etc. They are spread to thin. Pool was not great, looked dirty, green stains and lots of missing tiles.Towels should be thrown out. No way to shower without flooding the floor
