Hotel Casona Margot

I liked hosts a lot. They were very helpful and welcoming. They gave us a lot of useful information, washed our clothes very fast (washed and dried within few hours). Positive surprise is that you get to use bycicles free of charge and closed private parking a few meters from hotel (very rare find in Yucatan)

Bathroom (especially sink) and pool could be a bit cleaner.

The hosts are both really friendly, the room was big with a huge double bed and a good shower. We booked Valladolid quite late so ended up having to book quite a fancy room. There’s a good size pool here which was lovely and clean.

The wifi dropped in and out quite a lot in the room.

The last time we booked the breakfast was included, this time no for the same price....

It was a huge and beautiful hacienda with lovely staff. The room was immaculately cleaned every day and the pool was fantastic. Excellent location with many great restaurants a short walk away. Valladolid is really beautiful and chill with so many things to see

Very friendly owner, spacious room with a big bed. Short walk to the center with restaurants. Nice garden with various possibilities to sit.

Central location. Safe neighborhood. Friendly staff. Walkable from central bus station.

Water from shower head was shooting up, not down. It needs to be changed. Wifi was weak. TV stopped working periodically.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked them to clean the pool in the evening and it was done early the next morning. Rooms are spacious and the beds big and super comfy. The property is beautiful and has a small pool. Great location - 5-10 minutes walking to the nice central streets.

The property needs a good maintenance person and asap! It is simply too beautiful to slowly go to ruin. It seems like there isn't enough staff to attend to the many maintenance jobs needed - loose doorknobs, wobbly furniture, regular pool and kitchen cleaning, proper cleaning of calc residue from bathroom sinks and showers, etc. The hotel has many rooms and the room rates are not super budget so perhaps the hotel owner should consider hiring extra resources to restore this place to greatness.
