no warm water in the shower, a/c doesn’t work, no toiletries; they didn’t accept credit cards and it didn’t say it when I reserved.

Great location. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Andrea is amazing. There is a kitchen area you can use.

For location is this place perfect because it’s in the center and the most city things are a small 10 minutes walk away. The room is very big, shower is great. We stayed here for 3 nights and they cleaned it every morning. They also have bikes and a big kitchen you can use for free. It’s also possible to get laundry service for 2,5 euro’s The staff is super friendly. It helps if you speak spanish because they don’t speak english. But it’s managable if you don’t speak the language.

Pool and kitchen could be cleaner

Convenient location halfway between the Convento de San Bernardino and the Centro plaza on a quiet side street. Fluffy pillows, comfy bed, and quiet room. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the cleanliness of the bathroom sink. It looked like the maid couldn't see the dirt behind the faucet. It was acceptably clean for me.

The man and woman who do all of the housekeeping are very friendly. Our room was on ground floor with sliding doors opening to pool. The room is large, very clean, comfortable. Good wifi and air conditioning. The common areas are very nice, charming, and comfortable. Coffe and water is available. Only 8 minute walk to ADO bus station with our bags. We walked everywhere.

Some reviewers mention breakfast and we noticed that some people were getting breakfast but it was unclear how. Booking showed no meal available and no advertisement. Fine with us because we carry our own cereal and could store our yogurt in the frig.

Lovely Hotel in Valladolid, super clean rooms and excellent service, great price for us as a family. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the center and all the cute shops.

Maybe just the fact that there is no breakfast included could bother from time to time, but there are so many cute and local cafes around to have breakfast in so it wasn’t such a big issue for us.

I was not initially given rhe room I reserved. The room I changed to had mon functioning ac. The last room I received had one blanket for 2 beds, no bulb in the bedside lamp and no hot water in the shower.
