The staff were lovely the rooms clean. shower was hot and good pressure. Wi-Fi was ok. I would recommend to take water as the only time I went to get some from the dispenser it was empty.

Large comfortable room, good hot water, had balcony overlooking the pool was nice. very attentive hosts, breakfast was great . good location for walking everywhere

internet not always reliable

We actually switched hotels during our stay in Valladolid and this Place was way better! We arrived really early at 8 in the morning and left our Luggage so we could go on a early tour. The next day after check out we were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel until late evening. The other hotel in Valladolid didn’t allow to leave our luggage after check out. Juan Carlos is really nice and is always helpful with everything. So a big Thank you to him! Breakfast is simple but enough. The room and the bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. Also here the walls are thin and you hear neighbors talking on the floor but it was fine for us. You can even borrow bikes for free to discover the city. We did not need them but it is a nice offer! 👍🏽 We would recommend this place!

Excellent location, close enough to the main square but far enough away to avoid the crowds The design and decor, with a colonial feel is really quirky and nice The pool was very nice The staff were excellent

Charming Mexican feel, spacious comfortable clean rooms, very friendly staff (only speaks Spanish) and nice breakfast included. Quiet street in walking distance to busy centre. Super large beds can accommodate 2 adults who would normally need twin beds (our 2 adult sons). Didn’t use the pool because the weather was cool and rainy but it was clean and inviting - would be lovely on a hot day.
