"Great location, nice apartment, clean, comfortable."

Met at property by Paolo, very pleasant, straightforward check-in. Everything we needed in apartment. Great location.

It would have been nice to have a tea towel to dry dishes. Really needed an extra toilet roll.

Great location for everything. Good size rooms. If I was being picky I would say the free toiletries were lacking and there were no welcoming refreshments but that would not stop me staying there again.

Very easy check in, knowledgeable staff on hand to explain the ins & outs of the apartment and surrounding areas. Apartment couldn't be more central, all the attractions are within walking distance. Numerous restaurants & bars surround the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

"We had a wonderful stay in Bologna."

The property was in the most wonderful location. It was quiet and well appointed.

The bathroom was rather small. The rubbish/recycling had not been collected from the previous tenant.

"A good accommodation, leads to a good holiday"

Location of the property was excellent. Breakfast was not included, but it was easy to prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen. Mr Paola, the person in charge, meet us at the entrance, completed the check-in, delivered the keys, and helped us to have a perfect holiday. I highly recommend the property.
