Super centrally located and chic apartment with lots of space for both of us, also sufficient for 3-4 people. Paolo was very friendly when handing over the keys and gave us many good tips. In addition, there was a folder in the apartment with many restaurant tips and sights. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and everything worked fine. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come again.

You can't get any more central than that, truly!!! I can't say anything more. Also in the street are nice cafes and restaurants for a quick bite. The apartment's bedroom was quite big and relaxing. There was enough room for the bags too.

Too much bureaucracy deriving from the company that is managing the apartment. Had to fill in a check in form, sign a contract, got numerous informative and reminding emails, had to read an extensive list of “don’ts” accompanied by heavy penalties which made us feel quite stressful. Also, we were asked to provide a credit card for guarantee which was not mentioned while booking. If we had known we would have chosen another booking option. Also, we were granted a late check out but the housecleaning lady knocked our door earlier requesting to leave but we declined. A little bit later the housecleaning lady knocked again saying she had the manager of the apartment on the phone, who told us that the late checkout we were granted was wrongly given to us and that we had to leave ASAP. Awful just awful!!! Also, be aware of the toilet paper. We were given 2, not that big toilet papers, one each for 5 days which were insufficient and had to buy more. Moreover, the shower cabin was quite tight, you could hardly move your hands without hitting the cabin door. To end with, if you stay for longer than 5 days you may be responsible for the recycling inhouse, thank God we were dismissed of that as if recycling wasn't done correctly there were penalties to pay. To cut a long story short, we just wanted to rent a place to sleep over and take a bath while staying in Bologna, not to be anxious about not doing this or doing that. All those rules ruined the whole experience really! I would have stayed there again under different management and surely, I will stay away of any rental managed by this company, because their behavior in the end was unprofessional!

Great location just in the center of Bologna but it’s quiet and private at the same time. spacious and air conditioning. Pauline, the staff who gave us the keys was super friendly and helpful, she recommended some places fit breakfast and dinner. great for a quick city break

Shower drainage was blocked/very slow so the shower tray got filled very quickly. Bed was comfortable but only 1 low pillow per person witch I found very low.
