Chiado Local Artist Suites w Parking & EV

The location was great! Very central and walkable to places. Unit was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Host was very nice and responsive. Parking is across the street if needed. Very safe location as it is next to a school and the church. disregard the ugly empty building located around the corner. Ice trays are an A+. Not many hosts think of this so thanks! Would definitely come back. Many thanks!

The windows are low so expect people looking in if windows are open. 1 window in the bedroom is at outside ground level so do not open.

Die Wohnung erinnert an einen Keller mit wenig Tageslicht. Im niedrigen Schlafzimmer sind die kaum isolierten Fenster auf Höhe der Strassenfahrbahn und der Lärm der auf dem Kopfsteinpflaster vorbeifahrenden Autos und der Passanten ist extrem. An Schlaf ist bis in die Morgenstunden nicht zu denken.

No air con The way its advertised with other accommodation confuses the hirer! IE photos etc of course after reading a million notes and clicking on the actual apartment on arrival you realise you have NO air conditioning. Pots were dirty No mugs No corkscrew We're replaced on asking which was appreciated Pictures on wall damaged or wonky Equipment mismatched or old Vacuum didnt work No ventilation in bathroom Hated expecting 1 set towels for 6 nights Was told its not serviced, yes I know, but some amazing hosts would leave spare especially when know outdoors to dry after washing them Personally I think this is unhygienic. Its ground floor and very noisy day and night! Overpriced for what it is My stay in Porto accommodation would ace this

El propietario estuvo muy atento por si necesitábamos algo.

El ruido. El apartamento estaba a pie de calle y se oía a la gente pasar y a los coches y encima había un Instituto al lado por lo que a las ocho de la mañana ya había mucho jaleo. Le haría falta una reforma de aislamiento en las ventanas.

El departamento es muy cómodo. El baño súper buen funcionamiento y con lavarropa. La cama y almohadas bárbaras. Podés ir caminando al centro y si no, tomas el tranvía 28 que te deja a una cuadra. Nada que objetar.La cocina con muchos implementos,hasta capsulas para la cafetera!. Recomendable,súper!

Duża przestrzeń, dobra lokalizacja i świetna obsługa. Bardzo dużo udogodnień (zmywarka, kuchnia, pralka)

Location was great, spacious and clean.

The air conditioning is quite noisy after turning off, making a noise every few minutes; No extra bags for bin, no recycling facilities.
