Red Rock Extended Stay

Old and still needs more updating.

Quiet, good parking, convenient. Not bad for the price.

The outside of the hotel is a bit aged, but not run down. The inside of the hotel was clean and nice. It is a bit aged, but has been recently updated and looks nice. The only real complaint was that the bed wasn't terribly comfortable. It did the job for a quick night stay, but the beds could be more comfortable.

A good budget alternative. Not fancy, or pretentious. The kitchenette was welcomed by us.

Felt like I was going to fall through the floor. There was food on the carpet and against the wall. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Cockroach feces all around.

Great staff, clean and comfortable room.

smoke filled check in. Tub did not drain. did not look clean.

Nasty! This place is stinky dirty and the bed is lumpy.

The air conditioning unit was not very effective and the room was very hot during our late-July stay. The cold water tap in the bathroom didn't work and the hot water was very hot (fortunately there was another sink out in the room, so it wasn't the end of the world). The property was not in fantastic shape. Beds were fairly comfortable. It's a decent option if you really want to save money, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're picky.

Air conditioner did not work it was 95 degrees outside that day, we checked in at approximately 5:00 pm, the room was hot as could be and the air conditioner said 60 degrees but obviously it wasnt inside. Me and my wife went to the county fair hoping the room would be cool by the time we got back. Returned around 9:30 pm and the room was hotter than we left, called the number provided for the motel and told them the issue and they said they'd send someone over to look at it. 10:00 pm mataince shows up just walks in the door and looks at the air conditioner and says it says 60 degrees and its our issue and leaves. We requested another room and said they didnt have one available and requested for a full refund and have yet to receive one 3 weeks later, luckily we was able to find a different hotel to stay at for the night
