Red Rock Extended Stay

Excelent customer service

Looks rundown from the outside, but room was super clean and bed comfortable. There was also a convenient kitchenette. Manager was efficient. Loved the little coffee shop across the street and the grocery across the street was stocked with anything and everything from clothing to gourmet baked goods.

The room was not clean, food left in cabinets and trash under the bed and the bathroom walls look like they have never seen cleaning supplies.

Nice fridge clean sheets & towels. Odd assortment of furniture that made it difficult to get around the room. We were the only guests in room 7. At 7:30 am a young man on a loud tractor kept going back and forth in front of our room. He then put a chain & string in front of the car trunk while we were loading. Diesel fumes were going in the room. The bathroom tile was awful, a slimy tub, & no plug for a bath. Way overpriced. It should have been half the price

Really decent motel for the money. Parking right next to my room door. The hot water was instantaneous, the towels were fluffy and soft, and the beds were great. It's right on the main street with restaurants a block away.

Great rooms! Staff is very nice. Reasonably priced!

It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located.

A/C didn't work and the fan was very load probably a 15 year old or more window unit. TV didn't work, I had no knob for the cold water in the bathroom sink and the bed was old and uncomfortable. The best Western was booked so I stayed here. Never again!

The in-line pictures sure look better than the real thing. Nothing but a place to sleep. At least the sheets appeared clean. No mirror in bathroom but holes 8n th3 wall when it might have been mounted. Shower ran water all night since the old facets wouldn't shut it off.
