InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - West Midtown

Our room location 2nd floor 226 it was very quiet.

The bathroom was not clean the floors was not sweep & mop the carpet was not vacuum. The kitchen area above the stove was not clean. Only gave us one wash cloth.

Nothing.

The lady was rude and did not honor our booking . We booked for one night but we where told they did not do nightly and we could pay 510 for the week .

The staff if horrible they lied about my room and tried to charge me more money for a room that wasnt what I booked they are dirty and have roaches

The staff was amazing

The room was very smelly. It smelled like a bar full of cigarettes. The walls are yellow the ceiling was yellow. It was horrible. However I deep cleaned the room and made it comfortable

Staff was not nice, lacks courtesy of hospitality business. The kitchen stove was bad. I complained, but nothing was done.

The property was under construction because of a water main problem I arrived at noon Saturday. I did not have water until Monday evening. I went three days without water. Construction was so bad. It was hard to maneuver in and out of the parking lot. It was a horrible stay I will never ever book with that in town. Suite facility again

The customer service representative who checked me in was amazing. I understand it was not her fault. She made the process bearable, but not having water for three days that’s over half my trip that was so disgusting. I could not flush the toilet after using it I will never ever book again. The room I booked online was not the room I was given. I was told the blooms that are shown online or the premium rooms which I am OK with paying the additional cost, but I did not receive a room worthy of me staying in this was the worst vacation I have ever taken. I am done with these booking sites because too much can go wrong. I don’t think I deserve that I am a loyal booking band and that day was a waste. I had to take showers at the gym that was no need for me to book. There were roaches carcasses laid around the room where you tell they sprayed. I am so done I am done.
