- very clean shared spaces - towels, pajamas, toothbrushes, etc provided - room cleaning during stay - 2 bathrooms on each floor - feels newly renovated

- very loud (thin walls) - bed hard and squeaky - room small

The guesthouse is very near Ryotsu Port. Since I arrived early, the guesthouse allowed me to leave my luggage before check in. I stayed at an 8-bed mixed dorm, but there was only another guest in the room (a big plus for me!). Each bed is provided with a small locker (can fit a backpack). The bunk bed had curtains for privacy. Each bed had a lamp and a power outlet. Access to the room is through a keycard. Outside the dorm room are the common areas: 2 dining tables, a kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 2 sinks with hairdryers. Many rooms share these common areas, but since the guesthouse wasn't full, there was always an available toilet/shower room.

Towels are not provided.

There were some noisy guests at 4:00am walking loudly in the stairs

Perfectly located within a 5 minute walk of the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent laundry facilities

Have to negotiate a flight of stairs. Staff member did help bring up some luggage. Have to pay for coffee. Breakfast could be a bit more substantial.

The location was great. Very close to the ferry terminal. The room was clean and the staff was also very friendly.

Very peaceful stay. Felt like I was the only person in the entire guesthouse.

部屋も共用部も清掃が行き届いており、とても快適に過ごせました。 1点だけ残念だったのは、駐車場を予約した際は料金はかからないと伺いましたが、当日は無料の場所が埋まっていて有料となってしまった事です。でも、1泊で500円だったので良心的な料金設定だと感じました。 立地も両津港からすぐでアクセスが良いので、また佐渡へ行く時は是非利用したいと思います。
