"Lovely relaxing stay"

Sarah was a wonderful, friendly host. The room was really fresh, light and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Lovely touches like fresh homemade scones in the room and bread rolls in the morning. We would highly recommend Sarah and John's place in Keswick.

Comfortable bed great coffee tea biscuits host Sarah was fantastic best full English I have had in a while by far !

Bit out of town but right on the bus route so no probs if you get yourself organised

Sarah was very welcoming, greeted us with fresh coffee and homemade scones even though we were an hour early. Sarah struck a nice balance of being chatty and helpful without being intrusive. Breakfast was exceptional and huge, smaller portions are available on request. Room was very comfortable and there was plenty of off-road parking.

Absolutely fabulous stay. Sarah was so welcoming and informative. Our room was spacious and clean and had amazing views from the duel aspect windows. Sarah's breakfast was super tasty and really set us up for a day on the fells. Can't wait to return! Helen and Michael.
