Nothing - it was great

The lovely accommodation is on the edge of town. It is quiet, clean and comfortable and comes with free dedicated onsite parking. The breakfast was amazing, tasty and very generous servings. The room was large with a king size bed and a small area to sit in front of the window and enjoy the garden view.

We were greeted by Sarah, who was friendly and provided tea and cakes on arrival, which we thought was a nice touch. She gave us plenty of information on walks, etc, of the local area. Our room was very clean and spacious, and we were lucky to see the beautiful sunset from our view of Keswick. Breakfast was exceptional with local ingredients cooked to order. It kept us going till we ate in the evening. Would highly recommend

We were made to feel so welcome the minute we arrived. John greeted us with a cup of tea and freshly made scones. Sarah served us a lovely breakfast, there was plenty of choice. Sarah and John are lovely hosts. We would definitely recommend staying at Claremont House.
