Sarah is an amazing host nothing is too much trouble for her. We had Skiddaw room with lovely views over the mountains. Best comfy bed ever. Brilliant breakfast. Parking on site. Regular bus route into keswick.

This is abit picky but a towel holder at side of sink for hand towel.

The location was a bit further uphill than we had understood, we were able to walk down into Keswick but not to walk back up.

Had to move the armchairs to get into the wardrobe so space was a bit tight.

Host was delightful. Made us a cuppa when we arrived. Breakfast was huge and yummy. Comfy bed and stunning location. Walkable to town and Castlerigg Stone Circle. Such a great stay. Thanks Sarah!

Breakfast was delicious and huge. Loved the big pots of tea and coffee.

Our first room was a bit small but Sarah was more than fair and upgraded us as soon as she could. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

Lovely house in great location with amazing views across Keswick and mountains. On site parking. Bus stop outside. We stayed in room Skiddaw, with dual aspect views, kingsized bed and shower. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Sarah is a brilliant host and her breakfasts are awesome! Really tasty and huge! Home made vegan scones when we got home from our walk. Good wifi in the room. Amazing walks right from the front door.

Everything was perfect! We were sad to leave and will definitely return.

Very helpful and friendly owner, very comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast each day , cooked to order. Easy access into Keswick centre as well as walks from the door including Walla Crag. Good parking. Bus stop nearby for easy access to Ambleside and beyond if needed.
