OYO Hotel Chesaning Route 52 & Hwy 57

Great deal,

After a poor stay at a chain motel, I needed a clean place to stay while in the area for a wedding . I needed a clean safe place for my wife & me. This motel served that purpose.

It was the only choice, but still pretty good, especially for the price. It was convenient for my weekend plans with family. It is a bit run down in the public spaces, but the room was huge and comfortable.

When you call, it's very hard to understand the owner. The mattress needs to be replaced. The chalking around the tub needs to be redone. There was no breakfast or fruit. Asked to use the ironing board and the cover has holes in it. Only reason we stayed there, was it was near the wedding.

Older motel that is being taken care of well Clean rooms, good bed & quiet

The property needs updated and cleaned. We stay here often due to location proximity of family. Every time I stay, the property gets a little worse.

This hotel was extremely dirty and smelled like smoke even tho it was non-smoking. There were stains and cigarette burns in the bedding. Will never stay there again.

Very dirty, sheets stained , mirrors filthy. But limited places to stay close to our destination.

Overall the hotel was nice. The owner is a great and friendly guy. Always helpful.
