OYO Hotel Chesaning Route 52 & Hwy 57

Towels were stained, bathroom floor was dirty, sink had rust stains, hot water was rusty colored. Room was clean sheets were stained. Dog price was very high. They did bring in a refrigerator for us to use. Hotel needs to be upgraded. The air conditioner kept the room cool, TV worked and the refrigerator worked well There is plenty of green space for walking dogs.

I didn't even end up staying at the property I walked into the front office heard the gentleman rudely say to the two gentlemen that were trying to rent a room that they needed not to jump back and forth on the beds like monkeys very rudely may I add as he looks up at me and says I'll be with you in a minute and then tells the man that he will take them to their room. I have never seen such service or I guess disservice as well as the hotel smelling very badly and a written sign stating there was a per night per pet fee that means I would have spent what I normally would have spent for a four to five star hotel for 3 days with my stay for 4 days for I had 3 dogs. I turned around and walked out and never looked back not only was I not able to get a refund but I am very taken back by the lack of respect from a business I do not feel I should have to pay for this stay for I did not stay here nor would I ever recommend this type of property to anyone run as fast as you can.

Too many restrictions on guest and friends. Sheets and towels were stained and water seeping up through bathroom floor and toilet loose. Refrigerator didn't work, heat/ac unit was not working properly.

We have stayed here on several occasions. The motel is in need of some up grades. On site person tried but limited in providing extra necessities. It’s the only motel in the area so limited in choices for staying.

It was very dirty. There were stains on the mattress.

Everything looked nice, room was a good size. Was affordable. Bed was clean and had no problem checking in or out. Convenient location with fast food and gas station across the street.

Property is WAY outdated. Needs to be remodeled with new EVERYTHING.

It was nicer then I expected considering the town and location. You can see that they are working on updating rooms. The only issue I had is a booked a room with two queen beds for me, my wife (1 bed) and my 3 kids under 7 (2nd bed). When I got there I was charged $15 a night additional dollars for my 7 year old....
