Great location

Reception personnel seemed to be always busy with something (did not look super welcoming, we never heard ā€œhello/konichiwaā€ when arrived or in the mornings), some parts of the room (window parts, glass table) seemed not to be clean (can send a photo of the dust on the windy frame) , no tea in the room
