・清掃が行き届いていた・スタッフさんに駐車場について聞いたら丁寧に教えてくれた・浴槽が大きく子供連れにはとても良かった！

・お風呂場の方のトイレの蓋が自動開閉で、少し前に行っただけで開くのでビビる・ローテーブル過ぎてご飯食べにくかった・兼六園見えたら最高だった笑(建物の構造的に無理ですが)

Lovely traditional room, well decorated, fully equipped. Very comfy beds. Good location, close to the contemporary museum, the garden and samurai district. Fastest check-in and checkout ever.

No tea bags but that's a really minor note.

The property was very modern! The staff was also kind and helped us with luggage delivery.

The self check in and check out were quite complicated, especially after a long day of travel. The shower was not the cleanest when we arrived, having found a few different colored hairs in the tub and around the handles.

Room was very clean and comfortable.

We were not aware of type of breakfast offered beforehand and thought it would include rice and miso soup. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and so was unable to eat what was on offer.

We booked adjoining rooms and had a great stay. Staff were kind and friendly, breakfast was good for simple single option daily. Clean, and loved the free laundry facilities.

The futons were quite hard.
