Excellent motel! Great place to stay in Stearns. Live the quiet!
We only spent one night here but was quite impressed. The area had very few choices but Parkland was a positive one. Very clean rooms and great service with a family like feel. Yea it is a little dated but that is part of its charm. Give it a chance. We will stay here again if in the area.
Well.. the night before I called the hotel and they lost our reservation, the hotel end up finding a way to get us our rooms and I wish they never did. The room was filthy, there was puke on the wall from someone else that stayed there, floor was dirty and the hotel was very out dated. It was a terrible stay! Will never stay again!
The room smelled of smoke ( it was a non-stop smoking room)and was just dirty. Employees who you could find were in caring and literally dirty...i mean his florescent pink shirt was covered in dirt.
Stains on sheets and towels. Hair and pubes inside shower. Empty cleaner bottle under bed. Staff was very nice but the room was just overall very unclean. Smelled bad. The shampoo bottle had already been used when we first got to our room. The bar of soap was open. Pee stains on underside of toilet. Just lots of things that make me cringe. I slept on top of the bed. Wouldn't even sleep under the sheets.
Motel was older and worn but clean and the staff was very nice...
This was a very comfortable room. Don't blink because you will miss it. Our room was brand new. I think if you make the outside look more inviting you would have more customers. The outside is deceiving. Rooms are great.
