Took over a dozen phone call attempts to get someone on the phone to arrange late check in, they said it would be fine but when we arrived there was nobody to be found and no way to check in. Had to stay somewhere else, very frustrating.
We booked online and on arrival were told they donât do online booking. Luckily we had chosen to pay upon arrival, so we didnât lose any money but had to pay more than we expected. The room was ânon-smokingâ but reeked of cigarette smoke. The curtains were broken and did not close all the way. The room was not clean, the floor had dead spiders, and we were just about ready to find a vacuum and do it ourselves. We had two beds, but after seeing a bug crawling on one of the beds decided to share the second bed, which did not appear to have any bugs on it. The toilet was in fact clean (the only clean thing) but the shower did not drain. We had a terrible time and we will not be returning.
I booked the room paid for it then arrived at the room and they said that they wasn't taking reservations so I was out of my money no refund still yet and I had to book another room a hour away back to the way I didn't want to go
They made us feel welcome changed our tv for us and will visit again on our next trip
It was off the road and private. Rooms was not that clean.
We didnât get the type of room we booked. We got a smoking room and donât smoke. It smelled terrible!
We didnt stay the place was nasty. The curtains were falling off the windows and were dirty. The paint was falling off of the building. The person that was suppose to be running it didnt even know the name of the place. The pool was dirty as a pond. There was cars in the parking lot with flats that had been there so longs the weeds had grown up around them.
It seems like they're trying to make improvements to the property. New wallpaper in room. New bedspread. Looked clean. Could be due to competition in Whitley City. Toilet dirty and wouldn't flush. Dirty towel in bathroom. Asked for a clean one and never got it. Dust ruffle on bed was hiding dead spiders and bugs. My granddaughter witnessed that because she was so uncomfortable on the rollaway bed she pulled the mattress to the floor. Left over/used shampoo bottles left in shower. If and when this place gets it together we'll be back. We won't be back until that time. Best of luck to the owner. I hope you are able to pull yourself up. We've stayed with you every time we visit family.

Do not know how they managed to get two stars. If loud permanent residents and coke head working girls are your thing and you want to catch ecoli from the pool, this place is for you.
