The hotel staff was excellent, my brother accidentally locked himself out of his car and they went all out to help him get it unlocked in a short period of timeâŠthey were courteous and friendly and willing to help in any way.

USWe stayed here after riding the polar express train. I liked the proximity to the train station, and the beds were pretty comfy!
We found and killed a roach right before we went to bed on the nightstand, so I was paranoid about that all night. We could see out the bottom and sides of the door so the sealing wasnât great. There were only 2 pillows per bed, which is alright, but they were thin and my husband usually sleeps with 3 fairly thick ones at home! So that was a bit difficult. The tile flooring looks nice but is super cold. The breakfast was also underwhelming- looked like just a couple of types of cereal and some coffee? Itâs in the office area but it was locked when we came down around 7am. The lady that checked us in was friendly and helpful.
