Americas Best Value Inn Stearns, KY

The staff was friendly and that for me was the only good thing about this place. Filthy and i mean filthy. And the worst part was roaches. And they knew they had roaches! They say they are new owners and improving it but its not safe. No deadbolt. I made the mistake of walking barefoot and one trip across the floor turned my feet black. Full view around the door its gapped so wide. I could go on but all i want is a refund. I stayed up all night left my things in the car and waited til sun came up amd left. Horrid gross and so unprofessionalnto rent rooms while you have a roach infestation

Comfortable and convenient, friendly staff, clean room, convenient parking

It appeared clean, the front desk clerk was very nice, it was very close to my family's house

The sheets were dirty on one bed, the people next to us were very loud and were smoking cigarettes and Marijuana in their room and we could smell it in our room. The bed was not level and rocked everytime we got up.. There was not a coffee maker in the room as advertised, we found a broken head lamp under the sink in our room

Receptionist was friendly

Bed sheets were dirty when we pulled the sheets back. Small black bugs that looked like mosquitos absolutely ate us alive in our room. No coffee maker in room.

The room was clean.

They are renovating so i expect it to improve as they go along. The room was clean but with no carpet, it was loud; everything was louder. There was not a place for breakfast, it was 2 dispensers of cereal, coffee (no in room coffee) and a few pastries at the check in desk. Folks arriving after us at 11pm were very loud (not the hotels fault but the clientele attracted). I thing the amount I payed was too much for the accommodation.
